We cannot say enough wonderful things about Engineered Sports Physical Therapy, especially PT Lucas Takeuchi, PTA Mindy and Zach! When our son tore his ACL at just 10 years old, we were understandably nervous about what the road ahead would look like. From day one, this team has been absolutely amazing and has gone above and beyond every step of the way. Lucas, Mindy and Zach have not only helped our son through the physical challenges of ACL rehabilitation, but they have also supported him emotionally, encouraged him, built his confidence, and made him feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They have been patient, knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in his recovery. They have pushed him when he needed to be pushed, celebrated every milestone along the way, and helped turn what could have been a very difficult and scary experience into a positive one. Our son has grown so much stronger—both physically and mentally—through this journey. We are incredibly grateful for the care, encouragement, and personal attention Lucas, Zach, and Mindy have given our son. They have truly become an important part of his journey, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team

The staff is very caring. They constantly asking are you feeling any pain during your therapy session. I would highly recommend anyone who needs physical therapy to go to Engineering Sports Therapy.

I am in love with Engineered Sports Therapy. I feel safe and seen. I dont feel like I am being pushed past my limits or shamed because I can't do some things. I am supported and encouraged. Everyone I have met is very kind and happy to help.

I've been a patient at Engineered Sports for years after struggling with knee pain and eventually doing rehab with them after two knee replacements and a quadricep rupture. Being an active cyclist and swimmer with a goal of maintaining my overall fitness, I would highly recommend this group to anyone.

I suffered a knee injury in December and was previously working with a different PT group. I was feeling underwhelmed with the care and progress and stopped going after a few weeks.. When I found out I had a complete ACL tear and needed reconstructive surgery, I knew I needed to re-establish myself with a therapist for post op care. Engineered sports was highly recommended by a friend and I saw all the great reviews so I decided to give it a try. I’ve had one session so far and I was very impressed with the genuine care and knowledge of my therapist, and with the set up of the facility. Lucas spent time obtaining some baseline measures and explaining what the post op care timeline would look like. He set very realistic expectations and made sure all of my questions are answered. I am confident that I am in great hands, and look forward to working with this team! Highly recommended for sure!!
